These terms govern direct bookings made on this website for our vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach, Florida. By placing a booking you agree to them. Please read them together with our Cancellation Policy, House Rules and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Oasis Dream Vacations (“we”, “us”, “the host”). Bookings are made directly with us, with no middleman. You can reach us any day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET at hello@oasis.rentals.
2. Booking and payment
A reservation is a request until it is confirmed. When you choose your dates we hold them for you for 15 minutes so you can complete your details. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars. All rates, taxes and cleaning fees are shown before you pay, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Guests and occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for each apartment. The person making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Please tell us in advance about the total number of adults, children, infants and pets.
4. Check in and check out
Check in is from 4:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We use self check in and will send access details before arrival.
5. Your stay
You agree to treat the apartment and its contents with care, to follow the House Rules, and to leave the property in a reasonable condition. You are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear during your stay, and we may charge for repair or replacement.
6. Changes and cancellations
Requests to change dates are subject to availability. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
We take care to describe each apartment accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
