What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and phone number.
- Booking details: your dates, the number of guests and any requests you send.
- Payment details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data, such as your browser type, collected to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use your information to take and manage your booking, to contact you about your stay, to process payments and refunds, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with service providers who help us run the booking: Stripe for payments, our email provider for messages, and calendar sync with the platforms we list on, so dates stay accurate across sites. These providers handle your data under their own agreements with us.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for the stay and for the periods required by tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email hello@oasis.rentals.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to function, for example to remember your booking while you complete it. We do not use advertising cookies.
