Your comfort—and that of our neighbors—is important to us. Please review the following house rules before your stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow these policies.

House Policies
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
Unauthorized Late Check-Out
Guests remaining after check-out without approval will be charged:
- 10:01 AM – 12:00 PM: $25 per hour
- After 12:00 PM: 100% of one night’s rental rate
These charges compensate for cleaning delays and incoming guest disruptions and do not authorize an extended stay.
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and all tobacco products are prohibited inside the condo and on enclosed areas.
Violation will result in a $250 odor-remediation and deep-cleaning fee.
🎉 No Parties or Events
This home is located in a peaceful residential community.
Parties, celebrations, gatherings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or events of any kind are not permitted.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate termination of the reservation
- Removal from the property without refund
- A $300 disturbance fee
- Additional charges imposed by the HOA
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed on your reservation may occupy the property.
Visitors or overnight guests who have not been approved are not permitted.
Unauthorized guests are subject to a $300 fee per person, per day, and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Music, televisions, conversations, and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum during these hours.
🐾 No Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 deep-cleaning fee, plus any costs associated with damages.
🧹 Cleanliness
Please leave the condo in good condition.
Excessive dirt, trash, stains, or unusually heavy cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in additional housekeeping charges.
🛠 Damage & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Please report accidental damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
Repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing items will be charged to the responsible guest.
🔒 Safety & Security
For everyone’s safety, please:
- Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the condo.
- Turn off lights and small appliances when not in use.
- Never tamper with smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarms.
- Follow all posted community rules.
📹 Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and protection of the property:
A Ring Doorbell Camera monitors the exterior front entrance only.
There are absolutely NO cameras or recording devices inside the condo.
⚠️ Rule Violations
Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in:
- Additional cleaning or damage charges
- Immediate cancellation of your reservation
- Removal from the property without refund
- Charges for HOA violations or fines caused during your stay
Before You Leave
Before checking out, please help us prepare for our next guests by completing the following:
✅ Gather used towels.
✅ Place all trash in the designated bins.
✅ Turn off lights, TVs, fans, and small appliances.
✅ Close and lock all windows.
✅ Ensure the front door is securely locked when leaving.

Arrival and departure
Check in is from 4:00 PM, check out is by 10:00 AM. Self check in details are sent before your stay. Please lock up and return keys or codes as instructed when you leave.
The essentials
- Maximum occupancy is the number stated for your apartment, including children and visitors.
- No parties or events. This is a residential building with neighbours nearby.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- These are non smoking apartments, indoors and on balconies.
- Pets are welcome only where the listing says so, and only the pets agreed at booking.
Care of the apartment
Please keep the space clean and report anything that breaks so we can fix it quickly. Do not move furniture between rooms. Turn off air conditioning, lights and appliances when you go out.
Safety by the water
Clearwater Beach is beautiful but the Gulf can be strong. There is no lifeguard at private access points, so swim with care, watch children at all times, and follow beach flag warnings. If a pool is provided, use it at your own risk and never leave children unattended.
Weather and hurricanes
Florida has a storm season from June to November. Keep an eye on local alerts, follow any evacuation orders from local authorities, and contact us if a warning affects your stay.
Parking and trash
Use the parking space assigned to your apartment. Place trash and recycling in the marked containers on your departure.
In an emergency
For any emergency call 911. For property issues that are not emergencies, contact your host at hello@oasis.rentals or the phone number in your arrival message.
