How do I book?
Pick your dates on any apartment page for an instant price, then pay securely by card. You get a confirmation email straight away.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes: booking direct skips the platform service fees, so the same apartment costs you less than on the big sites.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund up to 5 days before arrival. Inside 5 days the first night is non-refundable.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Message us if you need to store bags either side.
Is parking included?
Yes: a dedicated spot comes with each apartment at no extra cost.
How far is the beach?
About a two-minute walk to the white sand from the Avalon apartments.
Do you allow long stays?
The Island Estates home is set up for stays of 90 nights and beyond. The Avalon condos suit a week to a season.
How do payments work?
Card payments run through Stripe. Depending on your dates you may pay a deposit now and the balance closer to arrival.
